If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 25 days from the receipt of the shipment (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery).

The products must be returned intact and with the appropriate warranty seal applied to each item.

Return an item

Send us the request by filling the form that you can find in the Contact page. 

Once you'll have received the confirmation mail, ship the products to be returned to:

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer.

The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.

Receipt and return management

You will be constantly updated by email and you can follow the progress of your request at any time in your reserved area.

The refund will be based on the payment method you used to complete the purchase no later than 30 days from the date the returns have been received.
